The UK’s largest tractor festival inNorth Yorkshire is underway for its twentieth show.
Newby Hall and Gardens, near Ripon, play host over this weekend of Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June 2026.
More than 1,400 vintage and modern tractors and another 2,200 exhibits including stationary engines, commercial vehicles, cars, trucks and motorcycles will be on show across 120 acres of the Newby estate.
Themes for this year’s Tractor Fest include Made in Scotland, showcasing tractors, engines and machines manufactured in that country, as well as motor rollers and the Zetor tractor brand.
Exhibits will include one of only three remaining 1932 14 tonne Aveling and Porter rollers, and a Wallis & Steevens 1944 roller, which is being exhibited for the first time ever at the show.
There will also be a Zetor tractor which featured as Joe Sugden’s (Frazer Hines) tractor on Emmerdale.
Tractor Fest will also see a celebration of the Czech agricultural tractor and components manufacturer Zetor on its 80th anniversary.
Zetor was the first manufacturer to develop and produce tractor cabins with rollover protection and reduced in-cabin noise levels. These innovations saw the Zetor brand gain international recognition.
Tractor Fest is organised by the Yorkshire Vintage Association (YVA).

“There really is something for all the family – from thousands of cherished Tractor Fest exhibits to Newby’s adventure playground and award-winning gardens.”
A host of entertainment, crafts, food and drink will be on offer too and admission includes access to Newby’s RHS Chelsea gold medal winning gardens, adventure playground, dolls house and teddy bear exhibitions.
Tractor Fest is sponsored by Europe’s leading agricultural and machinery auctioneer Cheffins, Econ Engineering, P.V.Brockhills, NCI Insurance Services and Friends of Ferguson Heritage.
The show is also supported by Ripon Farm Services and the National Vintage Tractor & Engine Club.
