A police incident on a York road is causing traffic problems this afternoon (Friday).
Police and ambulances have been responding to an emergency on Bishopgate Street near Bishopthorpe Road.
Two ambulances and a police car went to the scene.

The road is still open but it has caused long delays with traffic backing up on Nunnery Lane, Queen Street and Tower Street.
