Police are hunting for this man.
He is Stephen Ashes, 44, and he has links to York. Police believe he may still be in the area.
Ashes has been recalled to prison after breaching the terms of his licence.
He’s described as:
- white
- bald
- with a distinctive scar running down his right cheek
- and he now has a beard.
He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt and black jeans.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate Ashes and we are now appealing for your help to find him.”
They ask anyone who sees Ashes to call 999, or dial 101 with information on his whereabouts.
