Fire crews from York and Acomb responded to multiple reports of trees on fire in a garden
It happened this morning (Sunday 7 June) in North Lane.
It spread to a shed but that fire was out when fire fighters arrived. However the trees were well alight.
Crews used a hose reel jet to deal with the incident.
