A business in York which very nearly went under, literally thanks to the Boxing Day floods, is celebrating its 20th anniversary of trading this week. Salon 16, on Fishergate, is run by Kerry Snowden. She was only just past her 20th Birthday when she decided to set up on her own. It’s been an interesting 20 years and a challenging period too.
