Police want to speak to him after price labels were swapped in a store at a York shopping centre.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We would like to speak to him about an incident in Holland and Barrett when reduced labels were moved to high value items.
“It happened on 25 March at the Designer Outlet in York and we believe the man in the image may have information that will help our investigation.”
