Police are appealing for further information following a crash between a cyclist and van in York
It happened outside the train station at around 8.30am yesterday (Friday 5th January).
The rider, a local man aged in his 70s, was taken to hospital by air ambulance for treatment for serious injuries.
The driver of the van, a man in his 60s from Leeds, is assisting officers with the investigation.
