There’s a yellow level weather warning for fog which affects central North Yorkshire overnight.
The Met Office says areas of fog will develop on Tuesday night, initially in the west before spreading east.
Patches of dense fog are expected which may lead to difficult travel conditions.
Fog will clear from the west before dawn.
The area affected includes Selby, York, Thirsk and Ripon as well as along the A19 and A1.
The warning last until 10:00am on Wednesday (17 Dec)
