Three students got stuck in a church in York last night (Thursday).
Firefighters from York were called to the incident in Heslington at 9.37pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “York crews were mobilised to reports of three students stuck inside a church building and unable to get out.
“However, the students managed to get out before the arrival of the fire service. No action required.”
