Firefighters were called to an incident in a North Yorkshire village last night (Friday).
It happened in Broadacres, Carlton, south of Selby, at 8.39pm.
A crew from Selby responded to a report of fire in a residential property.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “On arrival crews found that the fire, caused by a heater that was too close to furniture, was out.
“Crews carried out an inspection and gave advice to the occupier.”
