A crew tackled a fire at a York property last night (Tuesday).
They were called to the incident in Haxby at 7.01pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from York, Acomb and Malton responded to a garage fire attached to a residential property.
“Crews used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish and prevented fire spread to the property. Cause believed to be electrical fault.”
