Firefighters came to the rescue of a child who got stuck in a shopping trolley this morning.
Acomb firefighters went to the incident at Clifton Moor, York, at 11.56am.
The child’s leg had become trapped in the trolley.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews used bolt cutters to release the child’s leg safely.
“No injuries were reported and the incident was left with family members.”
