Shambles Market has got a tasty new addition this week.
The Little Pink Bakery is based in Wibsey, Bradford, and founded by Beth Mallinson. Now, York will be able to try some of Beth’s amazing bakes – as it’s now a fixture on the iconic Shambles market.
From brownies, to blondies, to cake, to cookies, to cheesecake, and even more tempting treats, The Little Pink Bakery is not one to miss if you have a sweet tooth.
And for Beth, the stall in York has been a long-time dream coming true.
“After a year of applying, I’ve finally been accepted to trade at York Shambles Market every Wednesday and Thursday,” she wrote on social media.
“This is a proud moment for my business, trading in one of the UK’s top tourist destinations and allowing the business to branch out to more people.”
The first day of trading this week was a “great day and got some amazing feedback from customers.”
Feedback on the announcement has also been extremely positive, with one person commenting “Well done! You have the best bakes, creams and wraps in Bradford by a country mile!” and other adding, “Absolutely amazing your cakes…everything looks so amazing.”
Look out for Beth and The Little Pink Bakery every Wednesday and Thursday at the Shambles market.
