A wall has collapsed at York station
It’s scattered masonry over the pedestrian and cycle exit out of the Long Stay car park onto Lowther Terrace.
LNER says the path will be closed off until the damage has been repaired.

On their Twitter feed tonight they said: “Please bare this in mind if this is your usual way out of the station”
It will also affect people who use it as a shortcut from the city centre to Holgate road too.
