York shop worker racially abused – Police release CCTV

Police want to identify this person after a York shop worker was racially abused.

It happened at the Co-op on Clarence Street at around 4.15pm on Saturday, 5 November.

A member of staff was verbally abused by a customer, and North Yorkshire Police described it as a racially aggravated incident.

A force spokesperson said: “Please provide us with their name if you can – we believe they may be able to help an investigation into a racially aggravated incident at a Co-Op in York.”
