York school broken into and vandalised – Police want to speak to these men

Do you know these two men?

They are wanted for questioning by police after a York school was broken into and vandalised.

Huntington School was targeted on Sunday, 11 September at 7.15am. It “involved two men breaking into the school and committing criminal damage to property whilst inside,” said North Yorkshire Police.

Head teacher Matt Smith told YorkMix: “There was some damage to classrooms – mainly graffiti etc.

“All mess was cleared up by 7am on Monday morning thanks to our cleaning staff. Lessons were not disrupted at all.”

Police are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the people in the images as they believe they will have information that will help the investigation.
