A York restaurant is celebrating after it was named in the top ten in the world.
Casa Brazilian Rodizio has been placed at number seven in the casual dining category in the Best of the Best Restaurants in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.
That means it is number one in the UK.
It is only one of two UK restaurants featured in the global list, placing it alongside venues in France, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Peru and the States.
This is what TripAdvisor says about Casa Brazilian Rodizio, on Micklegate: “Casa Brazilian Rodizio brings an authentic Brazilian steakhouse to York.
“Here, you’ll find a lively atmosphere, an endless salad bar with hot and cold dishes, and tender, juicy meats sliced tableside. The traditional caipirinha cocktail is a must.”
Recent reviews on TripAdvisor included “Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food” and “The pork was too die for”.
Another reviewer wrote: “Amazing! Great service and excellent food too. Staff make you feel comfortable and very attentive.”
