A woman needed hospital treatment after a crash on a busy York street.
Emergency services were called to a collision between the woman pedestrian and a white estate car on Blossom Street at 8.38pm on Monday (1 December).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The pedestrian was taken to York Hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.

“The road was closed for a period of time while we investigated the scene and to allow the vehicle involved to be recovered.
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.”
