A family has been left distressed after windows were smashed in their home next to their sleeping children.
It happened on Powell Street in Selby at 9.52pm on Sunday (29 March).
Both its ground floor and first floor windows were smashed.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The victims were home at the time of the incident, and young children were in bed on the other side of the glass.
“Fortunately, no one was injured, but the victims are understandably distressed.
“Two male suspects were seen in the area wearing tracksuits, balaclavas and with items in their hands, approaching the address. We are particularly appealing for information about them.”
