Police are investigating after vandals struck in a coastal village.
It happened on Main Street, Gristhorpe, Filey, on the evening of Tuesday, 28 April.
Criminal damage was caused to a bench and planters.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Police understand suspects have been named locally.
“However, formal identification is required to continue the investigation.
“Police are appealing for any information in respect of the damage being caused, or any first hand knowledge of the offenders. If anyone has any information, please make contact.”
