A boy who was reported missing from Malton last week has been found.
The 16-year-old was last seen at a family member’s address in the Norton area of Malton at 2pm on Monday, 6 January.
Police put out an appeal to find him.
On Friday, 17 January, North Yorkshire Police issued this update: “Earlier this month we ran an appeal to find a missing 16-year-old boy from Malton.
“He was found safe on 9 January.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal, we really appreciate it.”
