Police who launched an urgent search for a boy who’s been missing since yesterday (Saturday, 3 January) say he’s been found.
The 11-year-old from the Dringhouses area of York, was last seen near his home at 10pm last night.
Officers released a description earlier today.
This afternoon, they issued this update: “Good news. Earlier today we appealed for information as we searched for a missing 11-year-old boy in York.
“The boy has now been found safe – thank you to everyone who shared our appeal and contacted us with information.”
