Police searching for a York woman reported missing from home say she has been found safe and well.
Police issued an appeal to find the 48-year-old after she was last seen in the Hull Road area at around 4pm yesterday (Friday).
North Yorkshire Police have now issued this update: “We issued an appeal last night (05 September) asking for your help to locate her.
“A member of the public who has seen the appeal spotted the lady this morning and contacted us.
“Thank you to every person who liked, commented and shared our appeal.”
