Two fire crews were called to a York house fire last night (Monday).
Firefighters from Acomb and York went to the incident at Angram Close, Rawcliffe, at 5.41pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A fire had occurred in the kitchen, but was out on arrival of fire crews.
“Crews carried out inspection, ensured the property was fully ventilated and gave advice.”
