More sheds have been set on fire at York allotments today (Saturday).
The alleged arson attacks took place on Low Moor allotments off Kilburn Road.
York and Acomb firefighters were first called out at 3.49am to a report of a garden shed on fire.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and dampen down the area.
“The cause if this fire is believed deliberate and police were informed.”
Less than three hours later, at 6.08am it happened again at the same place. “York and Acomb crews responded again to this locality after two further garden sheds ignited in the area,” the spokesperson said.
“Police were also requested and this incident is on going at the time of publication.”
It is the latest in a series of shed fires. In October, police urged parents to be vigilant about what their children were up to after arson attacks on York allotments.
Then in November, Micklegate councillor Jonny Crawshaw said there had been 13 arson attacks on allotments in the Scarcroft Road area.
He said “the ingredients are there for an absolute catastrophe to happen that will ruin a whole number of lives”.
Since then there have been more shed fires in December and again last month.
