What a lovely visit to a family run bistro!
The outdoor decking area offers a unique view where you can sit back, relax, and watch planes take off and land It’s a peaceful yet fascinating backdrop that makes this place stand out from your normal high street café.
Inside, the atmosphere is relaxed, a lovely dining space perfect for everything from a casual breakfast to a laid-back lunch.

The menu is packed with comforting favourites, ranging from hearty full English breakfasts and generously filled jacket potatoes to flavour-packed tikka flatbreads and freshly made cakes.
Speaking of cakes… they also stock brownies from local boys CrayBakes... adding another layer of indulgence to the offering.

During my visit, a few dishes really stood out... The giant homemade scone was possibly the biggest I’ve ever seen, it was fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The tikka flatbread delivered bold, satisfying flavours, while the halloumi, sweet chilli jam and avocado focaccia struck the perfect balance between savoury and sweet. Yum!
Portions here are big, you’ll leave feeling fully satisfied for sure, It’s clear that care and passion go into every dish and that’s something you can really taste.

Having only opened in February, this café is already a credit to the family behind it. Their dedication shines through in both the food and the friendly service, creating a place that feels genuine and welcoming from the moment you walk in.
