Police in York are investigating a serious sexual assault on a woman at a city centre pub.
Officers were called to The Watergate Inn on Walmgate at 3pm today (Wednesday, July 12).
A woman aged in her 20s has been taken to hospital for treatment. A 41-year-old man and a 52-year-old man have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A police cordon is in place at the scene while enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances.
Witnesses are urged to contact North Yorkshire Police.
