A fire was started deliberately overnight.
Both fire crews from Selby went to the incident in woods in the town at 8.42pm last night (Sunday).
The fire measured 10m by 8m.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews extinguished the fire using main jets.
“The cause of the fire was believed to be had been deliberate.”
