Barely a year old, YorkMix entered the 2013 York Rotary Dragon Boat Challenge and sank without a trace.
Our wooden spoon was last seen floating off down the Ouse towards the Humber.
But with radio reinforcements joining our ranks, we thought it time to have another paddle.

On Sunday 12 September, we will take to the water once more to raise money for our chosen charity, The Island, alongside the Rotary Club’s own charities.
The Island is a well-established charity supporting some of our most disadvantaged, vulnerable and isolated children and young people to realise their potential through positive mentoring relationships and activities.
