Police are searching for a man who approached a teenage girl in York.
At about 5.30pm on Thursday (March 23) a 14-year-old girl was walking back from York city centre along Wigginton Road.
As she turned onto the cycle path which runs under Wigginton Road towards Crichton Avenue, she was approached by a man dressed in dark clothing.
Police want to trace the man to determine the full circumstances around the incident.
Officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at time who may have seen the man, or anyone with any information which could assist the investigation, to contact them.
