Police want to talk to this man as part of a race-related hate crime investigation in York city centre.
It happened at around 6.30pm yesterday (Wednesday).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The man made off when he was told the police had been called.
“He was last seen heading towards the War Memorial at 7.10pm.
“Enquiries are ongoing to locate the man.”
