Firefighters tackled a motorbike fire early today (Thursday).
A crew from York were called out to a fire in the open off Byland Avenue at 2.52am.
They found the motorbike on fire. They put out the blaze using backpack sprayers.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The motorbike was completely destroyed by fire. The incident was left with police.”
