Police are appealing for witnesses to an argument outside a supermarket in Selby.
It happened in the parking bays at Aldi in the Three Lakes shopping centre on Bawtry Road, at around 5.30pm on Friday, 24 June.
Two men were having what police describe as ‘an altercation’.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers are particularly keen to trace a couple who were driving a BMW who stopped and spoke to one of the men. They may have important information.”
