Firefighters were called in after people became trapped in a toilet in York city centre.
It happened at 1.15pm today (Friday) in St Helen’s Square.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from Acomb attended a retail premises due to persons being stuck in a toilet cubicle.
