Police say a naked man has been seen in Harrogate.
A woman was walking from the St George’s Road area along Park Drive on Wednesday 3rd December, around 7.45 in the evening when it happened.
He was standing in one of the hedge openings in “The Oval,” carrying out a sexual act.
He’s described as a white man, aged 30s- 40’s and was wearing a hat at the time.
