The Mother of a 13-year-old girl called Police after her daughter and a friend were followed by a man near the Cathedral in Ripon.
The man is reported to have exposed himself to the girls and was last seen running down High St Agnesgate.
The suspect is described as white, slight build, and wearing a dark puffa jacket and baggy trousers.
An investigation is underway. It happened Saturday (7 February 2026) at around 7.15pm.
