A man was attacked on a street in a York suburb.
It happened at about 5.20pm on Tuesday 3 September on Ridgeway in Acomb.
The victim was walking down the street with a friend when he was assaulted by two men.

The victim required hospital treatment for his injuries.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We’re particularly appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward and speak to us.”
