A man was pulled over by police after concerns were raised about his driving.
The 41-year-old driver stopped in Pocklington after patrol officers spotted the vehicle being driven erratically on Wednesday night (22 July).
He has now been charged and appeared in court.
Adam Bettles, of Westfield Road in Hull, was charged with drink driving following an appearance at Hull Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday).
There, he was bailed pending a further court date in August.
A Humberside Police spokesperson said: “It is reported the driver reportedly failed a roadside breath test, blowing 73, and was subsequently arrested.”
