A man has been arrested following an incident which left three women hurt in York today (Monday).
Police were called to Blake Street after an altercation in the early hours.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Police received reports of an altercation that happened in the early hours of Monday, December 11 on Blake Street in York.
“Three women were injured during the incident.
“A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
“He currently remains in police custody and the investigation is ongoing.”
