Yorkshire’s leading spring homes, gardens, shopping, food and lifestyle event returns to York this weekend.
Living North Live returns to York Racecourse from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 March 2026.
Over the three day event, more than 100 hand-picked local artists and designers, interiors brands, food producers and fashion retailers will showcase their latest products and trends.
And YorkMix are bringing you an exclusive half price deal – get a pair of half-price discounted tickets at our voucher page below.
YorkMix will be broadcasting live from the event this Friday, so if you see us come and say hello!
Living North Live aims to celebrate the best that Yorkshire, and visitors can expect to meet artisan designer makers, food producers and gift makers exhibiting alongside established interior and outdoor brands.
Pick up the latest trends in the shopping halls, meet artisan food producers in Living North’s food hall, and find new and exciting garden products in our outdoor courtyard.
There will also be great entertainment running across all the three days, with highlights including live cooking in the Chef Demonstration Kitchen. Some of the region’s most popular chefs – including Adam Westgarth (The Pheasant Hotel), Will Rough (The Owl Hawnby), Kevin Bonello (The Grand, York) and Yorkshire food legend Stephanie Moon – will be cooking up a storm, and you can watch them in action preparing some of their favourite dishes.

The 2026 event has a new health and wellness focus, and the Living North magazine will come to life in the Live Lounge lifestyle theatre. Experience a sound bath for yourself with Heart & Soul with Sophie, learn from expert nutritionist Lisa Picken as she discusses the importance of nutrition whilst in menopause, and discover the power of cold water, community, and stepping outside your comfort zone with Vic and Emily from Yorkshire Dippers.
There will also be performances from local choirs Yorkshire Voices, Rock Choir, and York Theatre Royal choir.
Living North’s chosen charity for this year’s live fair is Cystic Fibrosis Care. Cystic Fibrosis Care helps with essential funds for extra food, energy bills, hospital travel, counselling, and emergency financial support, and also provides vital medical equipment such as E-Flow nebulisers for the paediatric units in Leeds, Sheffield, York and Hull.
Three exhibitors to look out for at Living North Live
Elizabeth Smallman from Mountain & Molehill

Elizabeth Smallman from Mountain & Molehill creates her unique lampshades using vintage etchings and images. Her shades are always displayed on restored vintage lamp bases, meaning customers have the opportunity to purchase a truly unique item.
Elizabeth uses vintage encyclopaedias for characterful animal etchings which she collages into designs for lampshades and homeware, with each piece made by hand from start to finish. Find out more here.

Illustrator Hannah Hunter-Kelm

Leeds-based illustrator Hannah Hunter-Kelm has created a quirky collection inspired by Yorkshire’s love for food.
Hannah creates playful work that celebrates small moments, found objects and meaningful places, and her style is defined by bold colours and strong linework. Her illustrations start out as a loose sketch which is placed onto a lightbox which she then paints over using either watercolour or acrylic ink, then outlines in oil pencil for the final touch.
Hannah will be at Living North Live with her Yorkshire collection including her bestselling Yorkshire Tea tea towels. Find out more here.

Robert Lucas from The North Bar Roasting Company

The North Bar Roasting Company, from founder Robert Lucas, began around five years ago as a small passion project encouraged by friends. Though the business has grown significantly since it started, Robert is still a one-man operation.
The company aims to deliver the highest-quality coffee while prioritising ethical sourcing, and partners directly with farmers who use sustainable practices.
From bold, chocolatey blends to bright, citrus-forward brews, their coffee offers a range of profiles that cater to every palate. Robert has also recently expanded the business to include loose leaf tea alongside his coffee offering.
Ahead of Living North Live, Robert has promised to have his crowd-pleasing seasonal Easter blend available. Find out more here.
