A Land Rover hit a pedestrian before crashing into a house near York, police revealed today.
As YorkMix reported, it happened on Tuesday at around 6.45am in The Village, Strensall.
A silver Land Rover Freelander collided with a man before hitting the house.
Crash location
Both the driver and the pedestrian were taken to hospital by ambulance. The driver was uninjured and the pedestrian suffered minor injuries.
Both were discharged later the same day. The resident of the property was unhurt.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.”
