Two fire crews were involved for a search for a man said to be stuck in a beck in York early this morning (Thursday).
York and Acomb firefighters were called out to Tang Hall Beck, James Street, at 2.55am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews carried out a thorough search of the area using thermal imaging cameras and were not able to locate the male.
“Crews were informed by the police that the male had been located at his home address.”
