Firefighters prevented a fire at a Ryedale home becoming much worse last night (Monday).
Crews from Kirkbymoorside and Pickering were called out at 9.01pm to a domestic garage on fire in Sinnington.
They entered the garage to remove a 5kg butane cylinder and prevent the risk of explosion.
Firefighters then put out the fire using a hose reel jet.
