Firefighters were called out on an intrepid rescue mission last night (Monday).
An adult was stuck in one of the toddler swings. It happened at 6.14pm at West Bank Park.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Acomb responded to reports of a young adult stuck in a baby swing.

“Crews used crew power to release the young adult and advice was given.”
