Firefighters tackled a blaze started deliberately in York last night (Tuesday).
They were called to the incident on Fourth Avenue, Tang Hall, at 8.01pm.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “York crew attended one small fire down the side of a garage and used one hose reel jet and small tools to extinguish it.

“Crews checked inside the garage using a thermal imaging camera and some burnt fence panels have been removed.
“Cause believed to be deliberate.”
