Emergency services have now left the scene, following an incident in York city centre earlier this morning (Tuesday, 24 January).
Fire crews and paramedics were in attendance at Ouse Bridge.
It was believed to involve a vulnerable person on the bridge.

Paramedics were on the bridge, while the North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service boat was in the water.
River traffic was held away from the bridge.
Traffic is running along High Ousegate as normal.
