One person was injured in a crash on the A19 last night (Thursday).
Emergency services were called to the incident near Alne at 7.23pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Easingwold and Acomb crews attended a two vehicle road traffic collision, with occupants trapped in both vehicles.

“Crews worked with cutting equipment to release occupants.
“One casualty was taken to hospital via road ambulance. The incident was left with police.”
