Firefighters were called to another fire started deliberately in York last night (Monday).
The incident, off Burnholme Drive in Heworth, was reported at 8.48pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from York responded to reports of a small fire consisting of sticks and leaves.

“Crews extinguished using knapsack sprayer. The cause was deliberate.”
Later, at 9.44pm, Acomb firefighters put out a campfire left unattended in Knavesmire Woods.
