A car collided with a shop in York today (Thursday).
Emergency services were called to the incident on Acomb Wood Drive at 11.44am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from Acomb responded to reports of a vehicle which had impacted a shop.
“The driver of the vehicle was out on arrival of the fire service and was taken to hospital by a family member.”
