Another fire has been started deliberately at Hull Road Park in York.
Firefighters were called to the incident, off Alcuin Avenue, at 5.39pm yesterday (Sunday).
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from York responded to a small fire in a park, measuring approximately 2m by 2m.

“Crews used a knapsack sprayer and beaters to extinguish the fire. Cause believed to be deliberate.”
This is the latest of a number of fires set at the park.
